We recently hosted the event "Glow-Up Party: The Road to Project Glow," and it was an absolute hit! Among the highlights were our specially crafted wellness shots, designed to invigorate and revitalize. Here's a recap of the evening's rejuvenating journey:
Yin-Yoga Serenity
Led by Chacha, our yin-yoga session set the tone for the evening. Participants surrendered to the gentle flow of poses, releasing tension and restoring balance to mind and body.
Robe Party & Sauna Sessions
Following yoga, guests slipped into cozy robes and entered the warmth of our traditional sauna here in Frederick. Amidst the detoxifying heat, they indulged in our specially crafted wellness shots and vibed to house music. These shots were not only delicious but also packed with essential nutrients to support digestion and replenish electrolytes.
Wellness Shots
We offered three infused water recipes, each bursting with flavor and goodness. From zesty citrus-infused to comforting apple-cinnamon delights, these wellness shots provided the perfect refreshment to accompany the sauna sessions.

Citrus Mint Refresh
1/2 Lemon
1/2 Lime
1/2 Orange
10-15 Mint Leaves
1L Water
Apple Cinnamon Soother
1 Apple
1tsp Ground Cinnamon
1L Water
Lemon Ginger Infusion
1 Lemon
2 inches Ginger
1L Water
For all the above recipes, make sure to wash your ingredients first. Thinly slice all ingredients and let it soak in the water for at least 3-4 hours. The Apple Cinnamon Soother will need a little extra time so maybe prepare it the night before.
