Mindful Reset
Meet Stacy, owner of Breath Reborn, in the Work 'n Wellness room for a 15-minute breathwork & meditation session.
Stacy Luckey is a trauma informed breathwork facilitator and certified mind-body coach with Breath Reborn. Once a month she sets up in the Work 'n Wellness room and offers members 1-1 sessions to disconnect from work and check-in with yourself.

The alignment and balance of the joints of the shoulders, hips, knees, feet and spine can become imbalanced due to repetitive daily activities and patterns.
Get checked out to see whether these important joints are out of alignment. Joints left imbalanced for long periods of time are subject to degenerative changes, not to mention symptoms like pain, inflammation and swelling.
Yin Yoga
