Member Highlight: Aleks Arsin

Hi, I'm Aleks! I moved from Austria to Maryland in 2016 as an Au Pair and eventually made my way to Los Angeles to pursue a career in film and creative work. I’ve always been drawn to collaborative, purpose-driven spaces. Whether that’s a film set or a shared workspace, I thrive most when I’m working with others toward a common goal. That’s exactly what drew me to Squadstyle: a vibrant coworking community where connection, creativity, and intention come together.

As Squadstyle’s Community Manager, I’m the behind-the-scenes glue that keeps things flowing. I manage member communication, help craft our monthly newsletter, and keep our digital presence fresh and aligned with the spirit of the space. I also help onboard new members, support events, and make sure everyone feels like they belong—from their first day to their hundredth.

With a background in film producing, I bring a mix of organization, problem-solving, and a deep appreciation for storytelling and human connection. Whether I’m sorting out a tech issue, updating the website, or welcoming a new member via email, my goal is always the same: to help create a space where people feel supported, seen, and inspired to do their best work.
