We intentionally design the Squadstyle experience to make work, wellness, recovery, and connection more convenient to prioritize in everyday life. Guided by the experiences of our community, we continuously evolve our spaces and systems and challenge what it can look like when work and wellness coexist under one roof.

Squadstyle is a member-run club, which means everyone in our community plays a role in maintaining the experience we share. We take ownership by caring for our spaces, cleaning up after ourselves, and leaving shared areas ready for the next person. These small acts of consideration create consistency and help keep the club clean, cared for, and aligned with the Squadstyle standard.
