Meet Hannah

Hannah has nearly a decade of experience working with women all over the world. She is a NASM-certified personal trainer, PNL1–certified nutrition coach, and founder & CEO of Squadstyle, a work and wellness club.

 

Shaped by years of trial, refinement, and learning what truly supports long-term training, her lifestyle and workouts reflect a fad-free approach to health.

Working with women across all ages, Hannah has seen how pain, poor posture, and mobility issues develop over time - and why it’s important to care for the body in a more holistic way.

Every workout is written with longevity in mind.
The short-term goal is confidence in the gym and visible muscle definition.
The long-term goal is staying independent for life.
