Hi, I'm Jimmy King!

I’ve spent the past 15 years in the fitness industry, helping people build strength and resilience through personalized training and wellness practices. Most recently, I’ve served as a wellness consultant for ClearView Communities, where I set up and ran their wellness program. This role involved a blend of 1-on-1 personal training, small group sessions, and educational groups focused on deep health and sustainable lifestyle habits. We practiced skills related to personal development—including strength, conditioning, sleep, nutrition, mindset, and stress management—empowering participants to take ownership of their well-being.


Now, I’m expanding on that foundation by launching The Healthy Abyss—a community for remote workers who want to add intention to every aspect of their lives. It’s about getting better personally and professionally by practicing the skills that build sustainable lifestyle habits. Whether it’s dialing in your workouts, finding balance in your routine, or just making healthier choices day-to-day, this community is all about showing up and leveling up.
