As the Project Glow festival approaches, join us for the "Glow-Up Party" for an immersive experience that harmonizes the vibrancy of rave culture with the serenity of wellness practices. This event is designed to energize and prepare you for the festival ahead and bring the PLUR vibes to Squadstyle for anyone to join in.
Yin-Yoga with Chacha: Begin the festivities with a grounding yin-yoga session led by Chacha. This gentle practice is the perfect way to connect back to you, set your intentions, and embrace the community spirit. Our pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose to target tranquility and flexibility- both in and outside of class.
