About the event
Join lifestyle coach & owner of Squadstyle, Hannah King, for this 2-hour women strength training workshop at her private gym! Compound lifts can seem intimidating especially if you're not sure if you're 'doing it right'. I love helping women get comfortable in the gym and picking up free weights. In my workshop we'll go over a Barbell (BB) Back Squat, Barbell Deadlift, Dumbbell (DB) Shoulder Press, and DB Bench Press. You'll leave the workshop with a friend or two and new confidence in picking up those free weights. The workshop will take place at my private gym right off of Thomas Johnson Drive.
