I'm your host, Hannah King. Born and raised in Germany, grounded in Frederick, and now sprinkling wellness all over the world!
Okay, listen… it’s been a ride. I first stepped foot in the U.S. on 8/10/2015 — and somehow, a whole decade has passed since then. I started Squadstyle as a simple Facebook group in 2017, not knowing where it would lead. I just knew I wanted to spread health and happiness. The more I leaned in, the more things aligned—and in 2021, I opened the physical Squadstyle space.
This community has changed my life. I’ve poured my heart and soul into Squadstyle and feel endlessly grateful for the friendships, growth, healing, laughter, and connection it’s brought into my world. It’s an honor to witness so many individual journeys and see how that ripple effect leads to collective growth.
