Join us for a collaborative event between Girls on the Run of Mid & Western Maryland and Squadstyle Work and Wellness where women of all fitness levels can discover the transformative power of strength training. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn more about fitness and strength, or an experienced lifter seeking a morning of fun and connection with other women, please join us at Squadstyle Work and Wellness on September 30th at 10 a.m. We will sweat together, laugh together, enjoy refreshments, and offer an opportunity to learn about Girls on the Run and Squadstyle.

Squadstyle Work and Wellness is a coworking space for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and healthy humans. Squadstyle prioritizes wellness and personal development to make work-life balance accessible & convenient.
Girls on the Run of Mid & Western Maryland is a 501c3 non-profit that inspires girls in 3rd through 8th grade to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running and physical activity.
